Posted publicly, no sales call, cancel anytime — and per-child pricing, never. Tuition billing is optional and powered by Stripe: payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and card details never touch Tymbr.
How it works
- Create your organization — or accept the invite a parent at your program sent you.
- Import your roster from a CSV of names and parent emails; each family gets an invite link.
- Log the day in seconds — naps, meals, diapers, check-in/out — and parents see it live in the same app they use at home.
What Tymbr is — and isn't
Tymbr is your parent-communication and daily-record layer. It is not the official licensing record: most states require signed sign-in/out sheets and their own incident forms, so keep your state paperwork as the system of record. Tymbr gives you printable daily reports and CSV exports of attendance and incidents whenever you (or an inspector) need them.
Your records are yours. Export everything, anytime, and keep archived records for children who leave — even if the family deletes their account. Leave whenever you want; there is no lock-in and nothing to cancel over the phone.
No trackers, no data sale. Tymbr never sells or aggregates children's data, and there are no ad trackers in the app. Families own their child's record — it doesn't vanish when they change daycares.
